A project is underway to develop a national portal providing citizens of Scotland with a single, memorable and convenient point of access to interact with public services and public service information. The portal will allow citizens to find what they are looking for in one place, without having to understand organisational boundaries or be familiar with the myriad of public sector websites already in existence, facilitating smarter and easier government.
