Digital Inclusion: Policy Review
As part of the policy review, we have gathered feedback through a number of activities:
The written consultation document was issued to organisations throughout Scotland and was made available online for members of the public to access. The deadline for responses was 27 January 2006. The individual consultation responses and the summarised consultation report has now been published.
To supplement the written consultation and further inform the development of our future Digital Inclusion strategy, the e-Government and Take-Up team has held a number of public and practitioner meetings throughout Scotland. In addition various focus group meetings were held with representatives from the private, voluntary and public sectors.
Supplimenting the above we commissioned a consultant to produce a report on Digital Inclusion activity stemming from the 2001 strategy.
