openscotlandOpenscotland is a distinctive brand identifying activities initiated by the 21st Century Government Unit of the Scottish Government which provides the people of Scotland with better access to public services, improved delivery of those services, and to ensure they have the skills, access and awareness to enable use of computers and the web in their daily lives.

The spirit of the brand is to show the linkage between activities which are focussed on the continuous improvement, and delivery, of public services to the people of Scotland.
