MGF Round 3 
The third round of Modernising Government Fund with financial provision of £38.5m covered the period 2004-6.
The main focus was the Customer First programme, a local authority led consortium, whose core objectives are to work together to introduce business processes which will deliver 75 % of the core service requests by citizens at first point of contact.
