The Best Value External Reference Group
The Best Value External Reference Group was established in October 2005, following stakeholder engagement seminars. Its purpose was to advise the Scottish Executive on the production of guidence, toolkits and training materials for approval by Ministers. Public Service Organisations were invited to self nominate for membership of this group.
There are currently no plans for the group to meet in the near future.
