They are designed to assist public service organisations in considering how to secure their Best Value duties. The Toolkits are currently under construction and will be regularly updated as new learning and knowledge emerges. They will be complemented by a programme of activity creating new knowledge management networks supporting capacity-building and training on the duty of Best Value across the public sector during 2006-07.
