1. Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 lists central government bodies subject to the WTO GPA. These thresholds will also apply to any successor bodies.

4. In publishing conversion rates, the European Commission did not provide a sterling conversion rate for €750,000, the threshold for Prior Information Notices. The figure £509,317 has been deduced as 75% of £679,090, the figure published by the Commission as the sterling equivalent of €1,000,000.
