The Public Contracts Scotland portal provides suppliers with a free, single point of access to Scottish contract notices and other information relevant to public procurement in Scotland.
The portal will be used by central government (including agencies and non departmental public bodies (NDPBs), local government, the National Health Service, higher and further education organisations, the police and fire services, voluntary sector organisations, registered social landloads and all other public sector contracting entities (contracting authorities) operating in Scotland to advertise contracts and tendering opportunities and to record contract award information.
