• National Category Forum: The NCF is fully established, including members from across the Scottish Public Sector.
• Engagement with Industry: A series of meetings and discussions have taken place with a number of industry representatives to gauge their views and opinions on possible procurement strategies and methodologies.
• Market Assessment: The utilities team are consulting with industry players and the Water Industry Commissioner to better understand the market and options available. A key area to explore is the option of self supply of water.
