Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ)
  • Submissions were received from 197 firms across the frameworks and risk-based lots.
  • This resulted in 1106 individual bids.
  • From the 197 PQQs, 27 consortia bids were received, of which 17 have progressed to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage.
  • Twenty two sub-contracting bids were received, of which 14 are progressing to the ITT stage.
  • From a total of 87 firms progressing to the ITT stage, 48 firms name SMEs as their primary or lead bidder.
  • PQQ results have been issued to all bidders.
  • Although the deadline for the submission of PQQ's has now passed, there remain opportunities for companies to participate in the exercise and in any future business that will be directed towards the agreements.

Invitation to Tender (ITT)

The following document contains a list of all those firms that are progressing to the ITT stage. Short-listed suppliers may be approached to discuss sub-contracting possibilities in the run-up to the full tender stage. If you wish to explore the possibility of working in partnership with any of the firms listed, please contact them directly:

On completion of the full tender process, the details of contracted suppliers will be made available on Procurement Scotland's website in order that potential associate firms may contact the contracted suppliers.
