Oracle Unlimited Licence Agreement
On 9 April 2009 Procurement Scotland entered into a 4 year agreement with Oracle UK Ltd. The ULA covers Oracle's Technology set licences and support.
Scottish public sectors in scope are Central Government, Local Authorities, Police and Fire & Rescue.
NHS bodies and Universities & Colleges should contact their sector Centre of Expertise (CoE) for information on sector specific agreements with Oracle.
All customers in scope of the Unlimited Licence Agreement will be assigned with a new Customer Support Identifier (CSI) number. If you have not received your new CSI number please contact Adrienne Belton ( adrienne.belton@oracle.com)

Oracle Secure Website for the Scottish public sector
As part of the Oracle Unlimited Licence Agreement contract with Scottish Public Sector, Procurement Scotland are pleased to confirm the launch of a secure Scottish Public Sector/ Oracle website. https://customerportal.oracle.com/UK_COLLAB_PORTAL/
All Scottish public sector bodies that are in scope of the Unlimited Licence Agreement can now register to access the website. The website will be security protected with a username and password for each individual registering on the site.
How to Register:-
If you are the person that has already (or will be) requested the new CSI* (Customer Support Identifier) number you will receive an e-mail from Oracle. Within the e-mail will be a link to the website along with details of your username and password. The e-mail will also include additional information regarding the administration of the website in relation to your organisation. You will be responsible for adding new users (within your organisation) to the website - this is via an e-mail request to Oracle.
Any other users within organisations need to request registration via the CSI owner within your organisation. If you do not know the name of this person within your organisation their contact details can be requested via Andy Scott of Procurement Scotland ( andrew.scott@scotland.gsi.gov.uk) OR via Oracle ( adrienne.belton@oracle.com or alastair.fraser@oracle.com). When this has been approved you will receive an e-mail from Oracle containing your username and password.
