eProcurement Scotland (ePS) service has entered into a period of consultation with public sector bodies and prospective eProcurement service providers to inform the future vision for the technology and infrastructure required to support advanced procurement and procurement reform.
We plan to build as full a picture as possible of eProcurement practices across the public sector and want to ensure that all stakeholders have the opportunity to contribute to and influence the future vision. To enable this, we have scheduled initial and follow-up workshops to both frame and facilitate broad organisational input. We have also developed an eSurvey to understand eProcurement usage across Scotland.
