Procurement case studies

Case studies can illustrate not only the practical steps, but also strategic decisions which have gone on to create successful procurement practices and results.

Each month, a new case study will be added with each one highlighting a different area of success. The key points from each case study are intented to help other public sector organisations take inspiration from the successes of others and share best practice.
