Procurement - Supplier Enquiries - Submit an Enquiry

The Single Point of Enquiry (SPoE) complements the existing formal routes of redress available to suppliers through the Courts or EU Commission. However, it is not a formal means of redress for suppliers and cannot become involved in any part of a legal challenge a supplier may wish to raise against a procuring authority or where suppliers have already begun formal proceedings against a procurement authority.

All queries submitted via the electronic form will be investigated and an initial response will be sent within fifteen days of receipt.
