FRAMEWORK CONTRACT
The contract is open to the Scottish Executive (SE) Core Departments, SE Associated departments, SE Agencies, SE Executive NDPBs to call-off.
Associated Scottish Executive Departments, Agencies and Executive NDPB procurement staff should contact Sandy Spalding, in the Scottish Executive Press Office in the first instance. Thereafter the contractor will make all the administrative and organisational arrangement for the provision of Press Cutting Service.
