Preferred carrier airline rate deals have been negotiated with certain airlines and staff are urged to use these where possible. For any contractual issues for Agencies Associated Departments and NDPBs please contact James Coyle (SPD) on extension 0131 244 3736. Transaction fees will be charged as follows £2.00 for bookings of under £25.00 and £7.00 for bookings over £25.00 A customer information pack will be issued to Partner Bodies. |
