FRAMEWORK CONTRACT
The Scottish Government (SG) has awarded a Framework Contract for Creative Advertising Services. The contract is open to the Scottish Government, Executive Agencies, Associated Departments, Non-Departmental Public Bodies, QMA, Health and OGDs to call off.
SG "Core", Executive Agencies, NDPBs procurement staff should contact SGE personnel, below, in the first instance. Thereafter the contractor will make all administrative and organisational arrangements for the planning, research and delivery of effective advertising campaigns and the provision of advice on the overall marketing strategy.
Agencies and Associated Departments procurement staff should contact the contractor directly. To assist in the appraisal of management information and in any future tendering exercises please advise the SPD contact of your intention to use this contract.
