The Scottish Procurement Directorate (SPD) is providing a series of half-day training events on the impact of the Remedies Directive which comes into force in December 2009. These training events are open to all public bodies in Scotland.
The Remedies Directive is an important new piece of legislation. The aim of the Directive is to improve the effectiveness of legal review procedures for the award of public contracts.
The training events will be held:
- 7 December, Edinburgh
- 9 December, Aberdeen
- 11 December, Stirling
- 17 December, Glasgow
