There are a number of Scottish-based international volunteer sending agencies. Some of them have a geographic or thematic focus, and number of them already work in Malawi. When considering international volunteering there are a number of different agencies to contact depending on the level of fundraising required, length of stay and the support provided. It is advisable to speak directly to a returned volunteer so that you can learn first-hand how the organisation works in practice.
