LTS International

LTS International have been appointed to assess funding applications for the Scottish Government's grant programmes with Malawi and South Asia.

When funding rounds are open, LTS International will manage the application process and carry out an assessment of each application which meets the eligibility criteria. When all the applications have been assessed LTS will forward a review report to the Scottish Government with details of how the applications have been scored against the criteria defined by the SG. The assessments and rationale for those scores will be reviewed by Scottish Government officials. Shortlisted applications for the Malawi Development Programme will additionally be discussed with the Government of Malawi to ensure that applications reflect the Government of Malawi's priorities. Officials will then submit advice to Scottish Ministers for their final decision.

Established in 1973, LTSI have over 36 years global experience of working with both public and private sectors. They have a strong and extensive history working in areas to address the core issues of development: economics, building capacity, re-shaping policies and empowering the poorest. LTSI is owned by its current staff which ensures the team is motivated to focus on quality and impact.
