£2.5 Billion NPD Pipeline of Revenue Financed Infrastructure Projects
The Scottish Futures Trust (SFT) is delivering a £2.5 billion NPD pipeline of revenue financed infrastructure projects as announced by the Scottish Government in November 2010. This is being delivered in partnership with the Scottish Government, local government, NHS Boards and other public bodies. Unitary Payment Charges
The following links provide project details which include the actual/estimated annual unitary payment charges paid/to be paid by public sector procuring bodies in Scotland to private sector consortiums for services agreed over the length of NPD and PPP/PFI contracts. This information is updated once a year and the current figures relate to data as of 31 March 2012.
NPD Projects (operational) - This information relates to all those NPD projects which were announced prior to November 2010 and which are currently operational.
PPP/PFI Projects (operational) - This information relates to all those PPP/PFI projects which are currently operational (Note that this link will take you to the HM Treasury website).
PPP/PFI Projects (expired) - This information relates to all those PPP/PFI projects where the contract has expired.
Note that information relating to the annual unitary payment charges for those projects included within the £2.5 billion NPD Pipeline as announced in November 2010 will appear here from 2013-14 onwards.
