A signed and completed copy of this form should be submitted by each local authority. The information in the form is used by the Scottish Government to calculate the level and profile of Revenue Support Grant (RSG) payable for each project. This form combines the two forms previously known as Annexes A & B.
This spreadsheet is a reproduction of that used by the Scottish Government to calculate the amount and profile of RSG payable for each project. The first worksheet in the workbook is almost identical to the Revenue Support Grant input form (see above). When completed, the profile of RSG over the contract length is then provided in the second worksheet. There are example figures given within this spreadsheet; these can be deleted and replaced to give local authorities an indication of the RSG payable for their project.
