The inaugural meeting of the Crab & Lobster Commercial Strategy Group took place in the Hilton Hotel, Edinburgh Airport on Tuesday 8th April 2008. There was a good turnout for the meeting from all over Scotland with all sectors of the Crab & Lobster industry represented.

The key objectives of the first meeting were to establish the Terms of Reference for the group, to elect a smaller working group and to get an idea of what issues the group ought to focus on in the coming months.
