How You Can Help...

Lighthouse

Each person in Scotland typically contributes twice the global average in terms of greenhouse gas emssions.

These emissions are produced as a result of our everyday behaviour, for example by burning fossil fuels to create energy to heat and light our homes and to power our transport.

It's up to us all, to act now, to tackle climate change.

Small changes in our daily lives can not only help reduce emissions, but can contribute towards a healthier lifestyle, improve our environment and offer real financial savings.

Learn how you can get involved by visiting the Scottish Government's
Go Greener campaign website.
