SEA Annual Report to the Scottish Parliament
Section 20 of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005 requires the production of an annual report after the end of each calendar year. The Annual Report provides a breakdown of SEA activity in Scotland over the calendar year and is laid before Parliament, as soon as is practicable after the end of each year.
The first SEA annual report was published in March 2007.
The second SEA annual report published in June 2008.
The third SEA annual report published in June 2009.
