Pre-screening opinions - exemption notifications submitted by Responsible Authorities
The Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005 allows Responsible Authorities to exempt those strategies, plans and programmes with no or minimal effect, in relation to the environment. To permit public access to these notifications the Scottish Ministers have arranged for a Register to be kept.
