O Consultation Paper on the EC Commission's Proposal for a Regulation on Certain Fluorinated Gases

Issued jointy by Defra and the Devolved Administrations on 3 December 2003, this consultation - which is now closed - sought views on the Commission's proposal for a Regulation designed to minimise emissions of fluorinated gases. The deadline for comments on the measures, some of which may have significant implications for UK industry, was 23 February 2004.
