Terms and Conditions
The Scottish Government may use information and photos received for other publications. Where images involve children under 16, schools are responsible for ensuring the permission of parents regarding their use and should confirm this permission to the Government. Where images involve pupils aged 16 or over, consent should be sought from the individuals themselves. Schools can continue to use any images submitted.
