Careers Scotland gives guidance to anyone in Scotland about work or learning. Careers Scotland can connect you with up-to-the-minute information and support to develop your skills, whenever and wherever you are via the website, www.careers-scotland.org.uk , and it's network of over 100 Careers Centres. Careers Scotland will help you with:

  • job vacancies
  • learning and training opportunities
  • information about the labour market
  • advice and guidance on your own career plans
  • developing skills to increase your job prospects
  • links to other agencies

8. Child Poverty Action Group

9. The ChildcareLink Service

The Childcarelink Service comprises the Childcarelink website www.childcarelink.gov.uk providing information on national and local childcare information.

10. Skill Scotland- National Bureau for Students with Disabilities

Skill's Information Service gives free information and advice to disabled people, and those working with them, about post-16 opportunities including Further and Higher Education, employment, work-based learning and volunteering. Contact their Information Service from Monday to Thursday between 1.30 and 4.30pm on:
