Employabilty

'Employability' encompasses all the things that enable people to increase their chances of getting a job, staying in a job, and progressing further in work.

In a context of economic recovery, the document reflects how approaches to employability have developed since 2006 and provides a clear framework to strengthen our combined focus on jobs and growth.
