Dinner:

• Jerusalem artichoke veloute served with warm bread
• Three types of local seafood - provided free by a local supplier
• Fillet of Aberdeen Angus beef served with a red wine jus
• Fondant potato
• Seasonal vegetables
• Selection of local cheeses and fruits
• Homemade oatcakes and butter biscuits
• Champagne and cranberry jellies with:

• Tea, coffee and homemade tablet
