Chaired at the highest level by the First Minister of Scotland, a Financial Services Advisory Board (FiSAB) - comprising senior figures from the financial services industry, the trade unions, government and other parts of the public sector - was set up to be the custodian and advocate of the Strategy for the Financial Services Industry in Scotland.
