Access, Affordability and Security
Reverend Professor David Atkinson, Chair of the Scottish Churches Rural Group led our final workstream. The aim of this workstream was to ensure that Scotland maintains the capacity for it's own food and drink production.
In addition, the workstream aimed to develop an understanding of the global issues affecting supplies in order to plan efficiently and maintain our long term food security as a nation, whilst continuing access to affordable food.
The Workstream Five Report was published on 26 June 2009
