National Workforce Plus Partnership Structure
Since the launch of Workforce Plus we have set up the National Workforce Plus Partnership, consisting of a Partnership Board, a National Delivery Group and a Stakeholder Forum.
Partnership Board comprises of key organisations in Scotland and in its first year is focusing on;
- employer engagement;
- linking health and employability; and
- a review of education and skills.
Partnership Board meets quarterly and the meeting papers are available here.
The 7 priority areas plus Edinburgh as a DWP Cities Strategy area comprise the National Delivery Group (NDG). The NDG is addressing challenges around
- joint procurement,
- common assessments,
- joint tracking & management information systems and
- benefit complexities.
The NDG meets on a quarterly basis and meeting papers are available here.
The Stakeholder Forum members are from the Third sector and public agencies who have an impact on workless clients. On 26 th March 2007, the first gathering of the Stakeholder Group was held. Conference reports are available here.
