Low Paid, Low Skilled Work Group

The low paid, low skilled work group was led by John Ramsay, Chief Executive of Cogent, to ensure that employees in low paid work know how to make the move into higher paid or higher skilled employment and receive appropriate support to do so; and second, to ensure that employers know how to access advice and support to develop their employees and their business.
