All potential funding from the Town Centre Regeneration Fund will be reviewed to ensure compliance with current State Aid regulations.
Where funding is deemed to be State Aid, the Scottish Government will utilise, where necessary, appropriate cover under the General Block Exemption Regulation, the Temporary Framework, de minimis, and existing notified schemes.
