How to register
Step 1 - Agree to terms and conditions of the IDeA platform
To register with the IDeA communities of practice web platform, you must first read and agree to the terms and conditions. Click 'Agree and Continue' if you are happy to proceed.
Step 2 - Register your details
Complete the Sign in and Personal details and click the 'Continue' button.
Once registered, you can freely navigate key areas on the site. Your online password will be sent to you via email.
Step 3 - Set up your profile
Once you have registered go to 'My Profile'.
Add your photo, a few words about yourself and your areas of expertise. Remember you can edit your profile at any time. Please populate as much information about yourself as possible; this helps others connect with you.
Step 4 - find the Community Regeneration and Tackling Poverty Learning Network
Type '(community regeneration and tackling poverty learning network)' into the 'Search for a Community' box at the top right hand side of the screen and click 'Go'.
Step 5 - Apply to Join Community Regeneration and Tackling Poverty Learning Network
Click 'community regeneration and tackling poverty learning network' and wait for membership to be approved by via e-mail.
Step 6 - Confirmation email
You will receive an email from Heather Smith, learning network facilitator, welcoming you to the learning network. This will include a direct link to the community.
Step 7 - Add to Internet Favourites
Add the Community Regeneration and Tackling Learning Network link to your Web browser's Favourites menu, and gain direct access the community.
