What you should be able to find on the dedicated case information site

Firstly you should at least be able to view basic information on all cases received since 1 September 2002. There may also be additional information available depending on the criteria below.

In the vast majority of cases if the appeal is live i.e. no decision has been issued, correspondence in connection with the appeal should be available.

If a live appeal is to be subject of hearing or public inquiry and it was received after 1 January 2009 then again all correspondence in connection with the appeal should be available.
