Approved Fife Structure Plan
Scottish Ministers approved the Fife Structure Plan 2006-2026 on May 22, 2009. The final modifications, reasons for the modifications, and a commentary on the reasons modifications to the plan have not been made, are below.

Strategic Environmental Assessment
Because a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the revised housing element of the Fife Structure Plan was undertaken, under the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, there also is a requirement for the environmental effects of the proposed modifications to be assessed. An SEA scoping report was prepared at the outset of the SEA process and submitted to the SEA Consultation Authorities for comment. These responses are available from the links below.
