| 2009/02 | HAG Financial Appraisal and RSL Allowances for the remainder of 2008/09 and 2009/10 This guidance note tells you about updates to the standard assumptions for HAG Financial Appraisal for the remainder of this financial year and 2009/10. The allowances and interest rate assumptions are set out in this guidance, which replaces HIGN 2008/05. The information contained in this guidance note should be used for all grant approvals from 11 February 2009 until 31 March 2010. 2009/03 | National Housing Association Grant (HAG) Subsidy Target (HST) Benchmark THIS GUIDANCE NOTE HAS BEEN SUPERSEDED BY HIGN 2009/06 This Guidance Note explains 1. the application of the HAG Subsidy Target regime as outlined in the Housing Association Grant Procedures Guide. 2. National HST Benchmark of £75,000 against which individual projects (or Route 1 programmes) will be assessed for the remainder of this financial year. It also contains, an Excel workbook containing 1. the data and calculations used in obtaining the new National HST Benchmark and 2. 3 Person Equivalent Conversion Factors This Guidance is related to, and complements, HIGN 2009/02 - HAG Financial Appraisal. |

| 2009/12 | Shared Equity: Owners in regeneration areas - Rights of Succession This guidance note tells you about a change to the Shared Equity Minute of Agreement between the Scottish Ministers and a Shared Equity Owner. This change relates only to owners in regeneration areas whose homes are subject to demolition and who will take ownership of replacement Shared Equity properties. The revised Shared Equity Agreement gives owners whose homes are subject to demolition in regeneration areas the option when they die of transferring the replacement Shared Equity property to their children as well as their spouse. The change applies retrospectively to existing Shared Equity owners who previously owned homes in regeneration areas which were demolished. |
| 2009/13 | Grant for Mid Market Rent - Administrative Procedures for Grant Providers and Grant Applicants This guidance note provides detailed administrative procedures for Mid Market Rent Housing funded by Scottish Government and provided by RSL subsidiaries. This guidance takes immediate effect, but any funding for MMR must for the time being be contained within existing resource allocations. Proposals for MMR funding in future years should be incorporated in RSLs' Strategy and Development Funding Plans, and should reflect SHIP priorities. |

| 2008/01 | Shared equity This guidance note tells you about interim arrangements put in place on 5 April 2008 in connection with the administration of the New Supply Shared Equity scheme and the original Open Market Shared Equity Pilot scheme in Edinburgh and the Lothians. (Separate arrangements are being put in place for the current Open Market Shared Equity Pilot scheme, which is not covered by this guidance note.) Consolidated guidance on the New Supply Shared Equity scheme is planned for issue in due course.
