Fair Rent Application Form
Only tenancies that began prior to January 2, 1989 can be registered. A form called an RR1 should be fully completed and sent to the appropriate area office. The furnishings sheet should only be completed if the landlord supplied the furniture. All subsequent new tenancies will be of the "Assured" variety. See the list of AT forms below.
Assured Tenancy Forms
An assured tenancy is a form of tenancy which was introduced in January 1989. If you have an Assured Tenancy or Short Assured Tenancy, or if you want to set one up, you have to use the official forms for certain purposes. These forms are provided here to print out.
