The Scottish Government looks to ensure that landlords meet and go beyond their legal obligations in relation to tenant participation.
As well as good practice briefings and Guide to Successful Tenant Participation, the Scottish Government's Scottish Centre for Regeneration has established three Learning Networks to support the creation and management of Mixed and Sustainable Communities, deliver community regeneration and tackle poverty, and develop more successful and attractive town centres and local high streets.
