3. Sub group membership

   To consider whether the sub group needs to seek additional co-optees to meet the needs of the stage two work.

4. Stage two remit

   Paper SGC2/04-04-02 presents the draft remit for the sub group, as discussed and amended at the third meeting of the Task Force, for further consideration and agreement.

5. Key principles and framework for developing policy recommendations

   Paper SGC3/04-04-02 presents a number of "key principles", as discussed at the third meeting of the Task Force. Also set out in the paper is a framework for the formulation of recommendations.

6. Stage two meeting schedule and work plan

   Paper SGC4/04-04-02 contains the proposed schedule and plan, for consideration and confirmation of times and venues.

7. Stage two policy options paper

   Paper SGC5/04-04-02 presents a range of policy options that the group may wish to consider, together with the broad policy topics they fall into and cross-referral to the first stage report key conclusions that they address.

8. Reserved powers policy options research brief

   Paper SGC6/04-04-02 contains a draft brief for a review of policy options in reserved areas, for consideration of whether this research should be undertaken and, if so, agreement on the brief.

9. Workshop arrangements

   Paper SGC7/04-04-02 outlines the workshop arrangements and remit, for consideration of particular issues to be investigated, participation of Task Force and sub group members and invitations to possible attendees.
