- Policy options in reserved areas
SGC3/28-11-02 summarises and comments on the draft University of
Sheffield
Review of Policy Options in Reserved Areas and
asks the sub group to give its initial responses to the
options contained within it.
- Powers in respect of management failures
SGC4/28-11-02 considers the issue of anti-social behaviour by
tenants in the context of a landlord's failure to
manage. The sub group is asked to give its views on a
proposal to respond to this problem.
- Consultation comments
SGC5/28-11-02 contains a table summary of the main
comments/suggestions from the Stage 1 report
consultation process and asks the group, in the light
of these comments, to identify any particular aspects
that it wishes to comment on further in its
report.
