in improving housing conditions
Paper SGC2/24-07-02 sets out in detail the approach agreed at the
sub groups meeting of 30 May 2002 and identifies
areas where further clarification is required
Improving the quality of the private rented
sector by strengthening regulation of landlords and
properties
Paper SGC3/24-07-02 develops the discussion on this issue from the
groups meeting of 30 May 2002 and identifies the
options for developing recommendations for the
regulation of the private rented sector. The paper
includes information on the aims of the Better
Regulation Task Force.
Interim report to the September meeting of the
Task Force and future work plan
Paper SGC4/24-07-02 sets out the basis for the sub group's interim
report to the task Force meeting on 3 September and
provides an over view of work still
outstanding.
