4. Improving the quality of the private rented sector by strengthening regulation of landlords and properties

   Paper SGC3/03-10-02 further develops in detail the discussion on this issue from the group's meetings of 30 May and 24 July 2002.

5. Promoting voluntary accreditation schemes

   Paper SGC4/03-10-02 further develops previous discussion on developing voluntary accreditation schemes as a means of improving the condition and management of properties in the PRS.
