2. Presentation from Grant Robertson of CRPG.

   Mr Robertson will set provide details of the practical issues around the CRPG approach to offering a single survey based service.

3. Note of seventh meeting held on 23 May 2002 and matters arising. [Note that there is an amendment to the previously circulated minute at item 6 (discussion of para 12.5), regarding possible changes to caveat emptor in respect of new builds.]

4. Single surveys- practical issues in delivery

   Paper SGB2/23-07-02 presents a discussion of the practical problems identified in implementing a single survey option in house buying and selling.

5. Developing the contents of the Scheme 2 Home Buyers' survey

   Paper SGB3/23-07-02 provides details of the current content of the Scheme 2 Home Buyers' survey and valuation and identifies a range of ways it could be developed. [Note that this item is carried forward from the last meeting and the paper is identical to SGB5/23-05-02 previously circulated.]

6. Other possible improvements in the house buying and selling process

   Paper SGB4/23-07-02 sets out issues around developing a more client-focussed approach to buying and selling in respect of specific aspects of the process not already discussed.

7. Interim report to the September meeting of the Task Force and future work plan

   Paper SGB5/23-07-02 sets out the basis for the sub group's interim report to the Task Force and provides an overview of the work plan for remaining meetings.
