Extending the scope of the Home buyer's survey
and valuation
Paper SGB2/26-09-02 provides details of the current content of the
Scheme 2 Home Buyers' survey and valuation and
identifies a range of ways it could be developed.
[Note that this item is carried forward from the
last two meetings and the paper is largely
identical to SGB5/23-05-02 and SGB3/23-07-02
previously circulated.]
Developers' missives for new build
properties
Paper SGB3/26-09-02 outlines a range of issues that have been
raised in respect of developers' missives and sets
out an approach for developing recommendations.
Low upset prices
Paper SGB4/26-09-02 continues on from previous discussions
regarding possible recommendations concerning the
setting of upset prices.
Additional information for buyers (the "seller's
pack")
Paper SGB5/26-09-02 sets out possible options for provision of
information by sellers to prospective buyers (aside
from a House Condition Report).
