3. Modernising the tolerable standard

   Paper SGA2/16-05-02 sets out a framework for considering the options for amending the Tolerable Standard.

4. Policy options paper on the Index of Housing Quality and the framework for strategic planning in respect of the private sector

   Paper SGA3/16-05-02 examines the issues in developing and implementing the Index of Housing Quality and make recommendations as to how this should be taken forward.

5. Modernising local authority powers

   Paper SGA4/16-05-02 sets out a framework for considering the options for modernising the powers available to local authorities in respect of properties in disrepair.

6. Modernising arrangements for public financial support to owners including private landlords

   Paper SGA5/16-05-02 sets out the options for modernising the grants and public subsidy system in respect of private sector housing repair.
