Modernising arrangements for public financial support to
owners, including private landlords
Paper SGA2/19-09-02 provides an outline for a scheme of assistance to
property owners including grants, loans and other forms of
assistance previously agreed.
Assistance for disabled adaptations
Paper SGA3/19-09-02 makes recommendations in respect of the approach to be
adopted to the provision of grant and other assistance to
owner occupiers and private tenants where a member of the
households has physical disabilities and other particular
needs.
Developing a flexible tenure option within the Scheme of
Assistance
Paper SGA4/19-09-02 makes recommendations on how "flexible tenure" should
operate within the scheme of assistance.
The Tolerable Standard
Paper SGA5/19-09-02 develops the discussion that has taken place at
previous meetings and makes recommendations for inclusion
in the final report. The paper also sets out details of the
likely impact of these changes on the number of homes
failing the revised standard.
Modernising Local Authority powers
Paper SGA6/19-09-02 builds on the discussions at previous meetings and
makes recommendations for inclusion in the final report
Developing the Index of Housing Quality
Paper SGA7/19-09-02 sets out the approach to developing the proposed IHQ
and provides details of the research to be commissioned to
support this process.
